Our comprehensive test menu is designed to offer a test or panel of tests for everyone. Whether you are interested in monitoring a known disease, condition, treatment or taking a more active role in managing your health, MEDIZYNE has a solution for you.

Once you've selected your test, we'll provide you with your lab test requisition form. You can then simply select a patient service center (“PSC”) location nearest you by using the Lab Locator on our website. A PSC is the location where you will provide a sample (ex., blood or urine) for lab testing. At your convenience, you can visit one of the PSCs nearest you. Please note that you must provide a copy of the lab test requisition form to the PSC during your visit.

We will notify you via email as soon as your results are ready for viewing in your account. Most results are available 2-5 days after your sample is taken. Your results will be provided and will show if results are “in range” or “out of range.” If your results are outside of the standard range, we recommend that you review them promptly with a healthcare provider/practitioner.

Now that you've been tested, you're able to use the results and knowledge to make improvements to your overall health regimen.
